Beautiful quality as usual - As usual I have gotten lots of wonderful comments on this bag. Very denim friendly color and beautiful leather. Just the right size.

I have been a customer with Zappos for over a year now and have never been disappointed with any product I have purchased. The D&B purse was a huge delight to receive. It was as described in the website, securely packaged. This product was well worth the money. Actually, I thought I would pay more, but was very pleased with the price and of course, the free shipping upgrade to next day delivery was the cherry on the whip cream. The quality of the bag was more than I expected and I plan to order another one in the near future. You will not be disappointed with Zappos or their products.

I received this bag a few days ago and I\'m very pleased with it. It\'s just the right size for all the essentials plus a few extra things. I like that it stands up nicely when you put it down (doesn\'t fall all over the ground). Also, it\'s easy to get in and out of and keeps things nice and organized. It\'s the great quality you would expect from Dooney and Bourke. \r\n\r\nOnly thing I will add is that it doesn\'t really "slouch" per say. That name might be a little misleading because it is a pretty rigid bag- doesn\'t have much give to it. I am perfectly happy with it the way it is and prefer it that way, but if you\'re looking for a true slouch bag this probably won\'t be what you are looking for.

I love my new bag! This is the first Dooney & Bourke bag I’ve bought and I am hooked. I like the fact that the bag holds its shape and doesn’t slouch too much. It is the perfect size and holds everything I need, while not being too big. The quality is excellent, too. I definitely recommend this bag.

I have this purse in Black/Black/Gold. It is a great size purse. Not too small not too large. This is the first item I bought from Zappos. It was bought about 8 months ago and it still looks new. The quality is great and the service was excellent. I received it in less then 24 hrs. How did they do that? I wish every company I deal with treated their customers with such AAAAAAAA service. What a pleasure to do business with.

Just received my order today, and I have to say, I’m very pleased. The purse is in pristine condition and is the perfect size. The shoulder straps are comfortable and the purse stands well. It’s a beautiful purse overall. Am very impressed with Zappos.com as well. Got an upgraded priority shipment at no extra charge. As always, Zappos has not failed. Excellent service and products!!! Will definitely continue shopping here.

Does SV700TV - Small East/West Slouch have a shoulder strap I like my purses to go over my shoulder on a long strap. This is great for traveling when you have so much hand stuff to carry. The purse is right there on your shoulder. I have had my Dooney Burke Purse for over 20 years and it still looks great. What a great product you have ! Now it is time to buy a different one.

This is a really nice bag, its not as tall or wide as i thought but i have no complaints.Ive had it almost a week,and i'm happy i bought it. Its the right size for a girl's needs. I have my compact, small umbrella,keys,wallet,eye glass case, and an assortment of cosmetics. Zappos is also the only service where the had this purse in the blk/blk.

Have had this for years in different color. Just received black/black/gold. Love it. Also got wallet to match and then talked husband into getting me the tote to match. Will use tote for carry on. Just discovered Zappos. Don't know how they ship so fast and no charge. So helpful on phone. Will continue to shop with them.
