Great sandal! I bought this sandal for the first time about 10 years ago. It finally fell apart last year, and I have gone all over New York looking for another pair. Thank God for the Internet!

Yippppeeeee!!! I wore my original pair for 14 years! I had been gluing them back together for the past 2 summers. Imagine my delight when I found this sandal again. It is comfortable and comes in sizes to fit my narrow feet. I am ecstatic.

The best sandal around. I've been wearing this brand and style of sandal for almost 20 years. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. I wear them constantly during the summer. I find my feet don't slip forward if my feet sweat because of the heat they dry quickly. They accomodate my feet swelling. I would say you won't be sorry if you purchase this pair of Bass sandals.

It always comes down to quality. The only reason I've owned so many pairs of these sandles is that I'm hard on shoes -- and the warm weather in Arizona means I wear these all the time. Besides being classic in appearance, they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever slipped on my feet! When I heard a rumor that Bass would no longer exist, I began tracking down stores where I'd bought these before; luckily, I was directed to Zappos.com from a Netscape search and I've ordered two more pairs. Just this week alone, I've been asked twice what kind of shoes I was wearing and where they might be purchased! I've seen knock-offs, complete with a little brass tag on the strap, but nothing comes close to these Bass sandles. I hope I never have to do without a source for them.

This is the only sandle I wear. I have worn this style and brand of sandle for so long, I cannot remember how long I have been wearing them. I found out several years ago that Bass was discontinuning this style and I went to every store I could to buy up as many pairs in my size as I could find. Living in Central Florida, I can wear them year around. I am so glad they have been re-introduced. The thong keeps my foot from slipping out. Glad to have them back on the market.
