Zappos and Sperry; Winners! I had asked for next day delivery on these sandals because we were leaving the country on vacation. The lady took all of the info. and set it up so I'd have them the Friday before we left. It got mishandled and was set for 2nd day. Too late! I called and they apologized. Zappos took off the overnight charges and sent the sandals AT A NOCHARGE! They were at my office waiting when I got back. Is that customer service or what? I feel obligated to trade with these people because they are so darn nice and service oriented. They really take pride in customer satisfaction.This shoe is a favorite brand of mine. Sperry quality and style has not, in my experience, been surpassed by any other thong maker. They are light, stylish and rugged. The strap fits higher up on the arch so they stay snug. The leather doesn't stretch out like others when wet. Great for boats and water. I love 'em. They'll last a long time, too! When I bought this pair it was because I had lost one shoe while moving, not because they had worn out. I had had them over 5 years.Buy from Zappos.
