Finally! An extra Wide Sandal - I have been looking all over for an extra wide sandal. Normally, I wear a size 12, 4 E. Anyone who has wide feet can appreciate how hard it is to find sandals for my wide feet, especially in a fisherman's style. This sandal comes in size 12, 4E and has an extra deep and wide toe box. The two cushioned insert(s) that come with the sandal can be removed to reveal a flat foot bed, or used in combination with orthotics to customize the fit to your foot type and comfort. This was perfect for my prescription orthotics inserts. The quality of the sandal was excellent. This sandal is extremely well made with very secure straps and a well-made rubberized sole. There is an adjustable Velcro strap on the side and another for the heel to allow adjustments in different directions. The sizes run generous. In fact, this was the first time I had to go down a full size to a size 11, 4E. I highly recommend this sandal to anyone with problem feet, especially if you have extra wide feet.

Overall I am happy with these shoes. I bought them for work on my feet all day and they have been comfortable so far. They do fight tight over my arch but are loosening as a wear them, my heel does slip up out of the shoe as I walk but from talking to other people who wear these I think it's intended to be that way!

Great clog. Sanitas are still made in Europe and have that great feel Danskos used to have. The leather is a little stiff at first, but softens up nicely.

I first ordered my regular size but had reorder a size larger. Now they are perfect and hopefully won't shred along the edges like my Dansko's did.

It is my pleasure to write about these shoes. They get comments wherever I wear them about how nice they look. They are comfortable and sturdy. They cost a little more, but they are a quality shoe. The personnel at Zappos are a pleasure to deal with also. When they say satisfaction guaranteed they mean it. I will do business with them in the future for sure.
