Good shoe - It worked very well and the customer service I received was excellent. The woman helped me with converting adult shoe sizes to youth sizes and the shoes fit my granddaughter perfectly. They were cute and really appealed to my 12 year old granddaughter. Looked like good workmanship. I'd do it again. Thanks.

Nice - Love the shoes; however, they scuff easily and are a bit smaller than I thought-but worth it!

I am a very satisfied Zappos customer and a very likely repeat Zappos customer. My two pairs of shoes arrived faster than I expected, the shoes were perfect and the price is unbelievably lower anywhere else.

WARNING: The finish on these shoes lasts approximately 3 months before they look too beat up to wear! I *really* like the style of this shoe a lot. I wish there were more shoes that looked like this, as I would buy them if I could find them. But for some reason the shiny black finish came right off of the shoe in many places--they scuff much more easily than any shoe I have owned so they look far more worn than shoes I have been wearing from Skechers, Doc Martens, etc. for many more years. The scuffed area looks grey, not black, so it's not just that they lost their shine, but their color too. I ordered these shoes from Zappos in January but I have to say that they looked pretty bad 6 weeks ago, and I wear them only a couple times a week... so for the price this pair of shoes lasted only maybe 20-30 days of use. To be clear, the rest of the shoe is in good shape, it's just that the outer finish doesn't hold up at all. I was really surprised by this because Kenneth Cole is pretty well-known brand. I am contemplating returning them but haven't yet pulled the trigger. Caveat emptor.
