It doesn't work for a senior with some balance problems. I wish each time I look and/or purchase a pair of slippers, that "this one will work for me"! Wrong!!! If you have any problems with walking, you need something without the deep cushioning on the soles and I felt that the tops should be further toward the heels for stability. This is a shoe that is strictly for limited use and where you can scoot.

Disappointed - Cute slipper. Not as wide as expected but they're adjustable. Not comfortable. They actually make my calves hurt after walking in them very long. Signature design on heel is annoying. It feels like there is something under my heel.

New and improved! For those of us who couldn't wear the earlier version and sadly returned these great slippers, I can happily report that I can now wear this improved New Spa slipper, and it's a great blessing because they are: plush, comfortable, highly supportive for this kind of slipper, and the fabric is soft, soft, soft. The stability is much improved – I tend to pronate, and while I wouldn't walk great distances in these, around the house they work just fine. The width is greater, not massively, but enough to make the difference for me in terms of the base and the velcro closure. I find that slipping my more swollen foot back, that is being sure to touch the heel to the back of the slipper, I am able to fasten the slipper. So pleased to finally be able to wear this Acorn slipper. My sheepskin wraps are just a little warm for our humid summer!

Best slipper ever - I'm not a big fan of slippers as I prefer to walk around barefoot in my home but decided to give these a try. They are the most comfortable slippers I've ever worn. Next best thing to being barefoot as far as comfort goes, very soft and well cushioned. I think they use memory foam which I am a big fan of. I wear an extra wide shoe and these slippers come in wide and have hook-and-loop so you can customize them. Love them and wish they had other colors available.

Love them! I absolutely love these! They are comfy, the right width, the right length and are the best pair of slippers I've had in a long time. I have what I call "duck feet" - short, wide and no arch - and these are excellent for my foot. The price is a little bit high for slippers, but for good comfy spa slippers, it's just right.

Great slipper - My wife is very pleased with this slipper. It gives her support and she loves the wrap over instep that is adjustable. The thickness of the sole makes it truly comfortable.

Stitching ripped the first day they were worn! Grrr - I am not impressed with this slipper. Stitching was also very poor quality. The velcro ripped off the first day I wore them. I'm in Canada so it's not worth my time and money to return them. Besides the stitching... the slipper is OK but not worth the money for what you get in my book. I will not be buying an Acorn product again.

These slippers are comfortable and wide enough for those like me with wider feet. Not enough arch support and too expensive for what they offer, but still a nice slipper. I will keep them since my daughter has taken them over!\r\n

These are the most comfortable slippers a girl could own. I have these, and the ones with the full toe as well and love them both. They are cushioned so it makes my arthritic feet cozy on our marble floors. One negative: my puppies like them too!

Great shoes! I really enjoy the shoes that I bought. I am a school teacher and I really need comfortable shoes in the classroom. I only wish they did not cost so much.

Dansko Ingrid - I wear a wide shoe so ordered a size larger, but still a little tight. I think it will be OK after breaking it in. Did not really care for the antique brown when I saw it in person. The shoe is comfortable enough when you do not want to wear sport shoes when doing a lot of walking.

Loved these shoes! These clogs are the perfect shoe to wear with any casual outfit. They were extremely comfortable from the moment I put them on and have continued to be my favorite new shoes. An added benefit is the extra height they provide my petite frame.

Dansko's have the best clog sole shape - I tried several other brands before I bought these clogs. I prefer the smooth fronted clogs look, but I bought these because sometimes I need to have a strap in the back for security. These clogs rarely slip off, but I work with kids so I need to be extra sure on occasion. I highly recommend these shoes, and if you are on your feet all day you will want to wear them everyday. I would ignore the comment to consider buying them a size smaller. I tried that, and they were definitely too small. They seem true to size to me!

Crippling - These shoes feel fine for about 30 minutes. After that my feet hurt like crazy. My insteps begin to cramp and won't stop until I take the shoes off. If I try to wear them for a whole day, I end up shuffling and limping.

What a comfy shoe! I am a very busy person and as a mother of three toddlers and a physical therapist I’m on my feet all day. When I wear these shoes I am able to do all these things daily without my feet getting too tired. The heel is just right and provides shock and comfort. The arch is perfect for my foot. I literally have never worn a more comfortable shoe. I highly recommend this shoe to anyone who has to be on their feet for extended amounts of time. This would be a great shoe for chefs, sales associates, and anyone in the medical field.

How can you not love these shoes? If you are a clog person like me, these are the ultimate comfortable clogs. I got the brown and I love them. I wear them everyday all over the place because I'm usually on my feet most of the time. If only high heels and dress shoes/boots could all be this comfortable!
