Not what I thought - The shoe is beautiful, but is not true to size and the comfort is not there in the front of the shoe. I wish it would have worked for me cause the shoe is gorgeous. My foot kept slipping out the back. I will have to return and try something else.

Gorgeous shoe - I have very high arches and these shoes fit them very well. I did place a comfort pad at the ball of the shoe and it relieved some pressure I was feeling. The heel was a bit loose, but I think I have thin heels. Because the shape is so deep, slipping off was not too much of a problem.

I bought these shoes for my wedding. I'm typically a 6 1/2 but had to buy a 7. The shoe is beautiful and matched perfectly with my dress and accessories. As with any wedding shoe, buy a cushion for the ball of your feet. No shoe can really feel good ALL DAY LONG.

I ordered these shoes to wear as a bridesmaid in my sister’s wedding. Wow! Not only are they really pretty and very well made, but they were far more comfortable than I would have thought. Sure, the heel is high, but the inside of the shoe is nicely padded. The heel is a tiny bit loose when I walk, however, it is also padded very well so I won’t get blisters on my heel. After adding a little insert as extra padding for the balls of my feet, these will fit like a glove. I almost didn’t give these a try, but I am really glad I did.

No hassle shopping for name-brand products - I could easily locate just the Timerland products I wanted. The prices were comparable to in-store prices -- and I was able to take advantage of a "no shipping charges" special. Zappos upgraded the shipping to 2 days at no charge to me. I am a first time Zappos shopper and I will use the site again.

Order with confidence! I just received these for my nine yr. old, they are a good fit and top quality. They bridge the gap for her between tennis shoes and snow boots. Have not tested the "waterproof" factor but they look sealed and up to the task. Super fast service as usual, why shop anywhere else as long as you know your size.

Great boot for kids - I bought these for my nine yr. old daughter, they bridge the gap between tennis shoes and snow boots in cold weather or snow. Functional but ruggedly fashionable too.

NICE - This boot is great for snow and hiking. The seam around the black leather at the top hurts but that is the only bad thing. It has great traction though. GREAT SHOE!

My daughter loves them! These boots look great and my daughter tells me they are very comfortable. She loves to go walking off the beaten path and these boots are perfect for that. The quality of the boots and the quick delivery (less than 20 hours after placing the order) made this a perfect transaction.

It fits! I am a woman with small, very wide feet and I've often had to buy boys' shoes. I needed boots and these fit the bill. They had them in wide width so I even have room for two pairs of socks. I had hoped for more padding but I'm not complaining.

I used Zappos.com for the first time just before Christmas. I was able to order exactly what my sons wanted (which I could not find locally) and the price was comparable to local stores, which is important to me. I needed to return one pair of boots TWO times before I had the right fit for one of my boys. The return process was easier than ANY return I have EVER made, and the telephone representative I spoke with was DELIGHTFUL! I highly recommend Zappos.com!

The uppers are soft and easy to break in but the lugged soles are extremely poor quality. They chipped away after my son took a 2 mile hike with his brand new boots. I would not buy these boots again!
