I have bought shoes online with 1 other company and the experience was lousy at best. The shoe was too narrow and when I attempted to send it back they took 2 weeks to get back to me, then said they'd only give me 85% of the money back. I have ordered 7 pair shoes with Zappos and it's been a delightful experience. 2 pair didn't fit right, they took 'em back immediately, no questions asked. The 5 pair I kept are awesome. Not only do they fit well, but they look like they do online. I hate shopping in stores, so I'll stick with you guys

I spent hours researching for the best shoe for my needs. After receiving the shoe I picked it didn't fit. Zappos return policy is outstanding. I then called Zappos outdoor specialist team. They asked all the right questions and made a recommendation (Keen Voyageur). They are everything a shoe should be. The breaking in time was 10 minutes. After that, it felt like I have been wearing them for years. I have taken them on the street, logging trails, and hiking trails. No hot spots, sturdy, breathable, and light on the feet. I wear them every day, all day. I bought the Black Inca/Gold and they look made by old world craftsman. Happy feet make happy hikers!

This is a great shoe and very comfortable, hardly requiring any break-in. This is my second pair, and I also own 2 high-tops and a pair of clogs. The only weakness is that the glue that holds them together breaks down. So I just buy a tube of Barge cement, and stick them back together, and I'm good to go. As long as you're aware of this, they will serve you in comfort for miles and miles. The clogs are great too, and they don't require gluing!

Great shoe. Took the advice of others and ordered a size up, a little roomy but nothing some tightening down can't fix. This is an aggressive and solid shoe and sole and very comfortable.

Great shoes! I usually wear wide widths but these are just about perfect. The construction seems comparable to other hiking type shoes. The only drawback that I've seen so far is that when the tread is wet, it squeaks on waxed floors - which is not really a drawback unless one sneaks around a lot and you live in a wet area. Soles are a little stiff but that's great if you want to carry a pack while wearing them.

This is my second pair of Keens hiking shoes, and I like them even better than the first. I just spent four days walking around Disney World in these. They were very comfortable and supportive. They also breathe well -- a big plus in the Florida heat.

My husband hates buying and trying on shoes. I ordered these for him and he saved them for a month before he would even wear them. And now loves them. Excellent shoes. Size is true. You don't have to guess if they are too small or narrow.I would buy them again.

These were just what I was looking for - a breathable version of the Targhee II to wear to work & around the city. Comfortable & light-weight. Wearing very well thus far (I’ve had them 3 weeks or so).

Mile after mile on the trail and around town, these shoes are nothing but comfortable. Good construction, smart design and sharp looks add up to a pair of shoes I wish I'd gotten a long time ago. Zappos service and delivery excellent as usual. Thanks!

Very Good - My husband really liked these shoes. He got them for work and they fit right away- he has a hard time getting shoes to fit. He has wide feet and a high instep- these are great. He also likes the rubber toecap, keeps the toes from wearing out too fast. Very light weight too, so nice to wear all day. He also said they don't feel hot on his feet. Which is good for our very hot summers here.

I strongly recommend this shirt (in every color) as it is the single most comfortable shirt I own in my closet. It's perfect for relaxing on the weekend or dressing up for a night on the town. It comes out of the dryer perfect for wearing every time.

Fits true to size without being clingy, and is quite long (almost below the hips). Love the texture and having a white Tshirt that has some style.

I love love love the alternative apparel tees. Super comfy and stylish for a simple tee. I'm 5'8 and 135lbs and size small fit me perfectly. Enough length to for us long torso gals.

This tee was a gift for my sister who wore holes into another white tee. She loves the shirt. The fit is true to size.

This is made from lovely material and fits well. It is nice and long enough to wear outside of pants, but the material is so nice that it tucks in very well to wear inside of pants if that is what you prefer. I have this in white and in peony, a true white and a beautiful peony.

I have been a longtime fair Alternative's burnout tees, but at 8 months pregnant, I needed something a little longer to cover my tummy. This tunic does the trick! It's super soft and stretchy, giving me room to grow more. It's shyer, but with a nude bra it blends really well.

The best thing about this t-shirt is the length. I love that I'm not constantly pulling it down (I'm 5'9"). It washes wonderfully and is worth every penny. I bought multiples.

This is the perfect t-shirt for layering with a tank or cami. I like the sleeve length because cap sleeves don't work for me at all! I bought this in black and white. They are staples in my summer wardrobe.

This is a perfect t-shirt to wear with today's low ride skinny jeans! There is nothing more annoying to me than to have my deep lower back revealed when I wear low ride jeans. This tunic solves that problem. I hits right above the hips and does not ride up when you sit down! No more tugging your shirt down and pulling your jeans up to maintain your modesty. The fabric feels great and is breathable. The style/cut is tastefully fitted. I came back to order it in the heather grey color.

I really like a longer tee, this one is a little fitted also. It hangs nicely. The burnout part gives it a worn appearance and makes it very soft. And pretty reasonably priced. And now that I'm wearing my t shirts regularly, they seem to be pretty durable as well.
