Phenomenal – I have three pairs. Beyond comfortable for plastic shoes. I have found a new designer.

MARC BY MARK JACOBS 68512 - I bye a lot of shoes from Zappos, but never write reviews. This time I am impressed so much that I have to write. Marc Jacobs is phenomenal in his creativity and innovative approach. He always comes up with something absolutely extraordinary! These shoes are a perfect example: simple and elegant, casual and comfortable, inexpensive and chic and can be used for a wide variety of occasions. Thanks Zappos!

Comfortable and good looking - I ordered this bag in petal. It is a beauty. The craftsmanship is excellent, the leather is very good quality, soft and truly silky, and the gold tone hardware is also good quality. The interior is roomy. I usually carry my bags on my shoulder but, in this case, I welcome the opportunity to carry it in my hand. I am still not sure what the outside zippered pocket will be useful for, but I will certainly find a practical use for it. Zappos' customer service is the best. The first bag I received was unacceptable, the next day I received the one I kept and that I am now happy to carry.

I bought this bag in grey and I love it. I get lots of compliments on it. It’s big enough to fit a lot of stuff, but not too huge and matches all outfits. Love it!

Even though people have said they thought bag was attractive. I plan to return it as the straps are way too short for me. As an urban gal, I don't like having to put my bag down to get inside. Otherwise it's a great bag for those who need something roomy, with short straps and don't mind having to carry it over your arm.
