The sizes run really large -
This shoe is super cute. Has toe cleavage ,but the sizes run SUPER large. I got a 6.5 (which is my usual size and it was waaay too large. I'm going to return for a 6, maybe even a 5.5. If you order these shoes, you should order it at least a half size if not a whole size smaller.

I tend to have a little wider foot and sometimes can wear a 9m and that's what I ordered based on the previous review. I think the 9 1/2m maybe would have been a little better but I kept the nine and I hope I'm not sorry. For me the length and width were pretty true to size. This is just the cutest little flat and so in style with just about anything.

Cute shoe -
This is a really cute shoe, but the patent trim and bow are really cheap looking. The shoe is super comfortable and a beautiful deep red color while the patent is an unflattering shade of red and ruins the look of the shoe. If it weren't for that I would have kept them. Thank you for the reviews regarding size. I ordered a half size smaller and it fit perfectly!

I just took Kaya out of the box and these shoes are a perfect fit, color, and look! I bought them in red and wow! I am a perfect size 5 and these are right on the money! Thank you Zappos again for the best!

Kaya is a good looking flat. However, I needed the shoe for a special occasion and ordered it too late to return it before wearing it for the occasion I purchased it for. First off, the shoe was not a size 5 in fit. It was closer to a 5 ½ or 6 in size. With an insert in the bottom of the shoe, a gripper inserted at the back of the shoe and some foam stuffed in the toe of the shoe, I was able to comfortably wear it. Now that I have it fixed for wearing, I will keep it. However, I would recommend to anyone else ordering it that they order it a half size smaller than they normally wear.

These shoes have served me well over the holidays and are soooo cute! They are one of the more comfortable
dress shoes I own but I wouldn't want to wear them if I'm going to do a lot of walking.

These are nice flat shoes. They felt a half size larger than marked. I usually wear a 5, but these didn't fit. The way they are cut may dig into your feet towards your toes. They aren't the most comfortable shoes, but look nice to wear on occasion. Another similar pair I had loosened up with time and fit better.

These shoes are cute but really uncomfortable...plus you
slide all over the floor wearing them. Not worth the price.
