Super cute boots, they go great with jeans. Very comfy walking on hard floors. These are my first pair of doc martens and I am very impressed with the quality. For me they were well worth the money. As for Zappos, all I can say is fantastic service with ultra fast shipping. This was my second purchase from them and I ordered these shoes at 10:50 at night and they were at my door at 10:30 the next morning. Never have I ordered anything that has come in less than 12 hours before. It was awesome!!

Just what I wanted - These boots are amazing...warm, snug, thick-soled and all around comfortable. But I didn't expect anything less from Doc Martens. They really do put a spring in your step. And I like the stitching accents, maybe it's just me but I think they add a little more durability/stability. I would have given a 5-star rating for comfort, but they rub just a little on the top, because they're somewhat stiff, but I have a feeling they'll stretch and bend a bit after I've broken them in. I'm just not used to having a boot that stops right above the ankle.
