GREAT BUY!! I am very impressed with these boots, and the Zappos customer service! The boots are very cute and comfortable, simple yet elegant! I'm somewhat tall and the heel is the perfect height!

Best boot in the West - This boot is the most comfortable of all the boots I owned. After receiving the first pair, I order a second in a different color - I LOVE THEM!

Very comfortable - I wore these boots for the first time to a party where I stood and danced most of the night. They were stylish and my feet never hurt. I have a wide foot and never expected them to feel good. I love these boots! I didn't like the sheen on the black ones or I'd have them too!

Liked looks of boot but did not fit. I usually take a size 7 1/2 but would like an 8. I didn't see a size 8, only a 9, I don't think that will work. I would like a boot slipper to keep my legs warm, but couldn't find any that were in my price range.

These tall boots are very cute and fit well in the foot. However, I have extremely skinny ankles and calves, so they looked too bulky on me. They have to go back. If you've got a bigger ankle and calf area - these are the boots for you. Thanks Zappos - I ordered 7 pair of shoes/boots at 2:30 PM CST Thursday and they were sitting on my doorstep the next afternoon.

Am happy with my Old Friends - I didn't realize Old Friends made a boot. I have been wearing Old Friends slippers for years, and to be honest the reason I bought them is because I thought they had the look of Ugg boots, and planned on wearing them with jeans. I got myself and also my daughter a pair, I told her that you can't really tell they're slippers when you wear them with jeans. She kinda pooh poohd me about wearing them with jeans out and around, not just around the house. But I don't consider myself a trend setter or follower so I have been wearing my Old Friends for years, out and about. I have had several pairs over the years, and now I see people wearing slippers out and about all the time! And my daughter is one of them! I still wear my slippers out but now I also have something that covers my whole foot. I have to say I love em. And have also had several comments on them and how cute they are.

True to size? I ordered the black and brown in these boots in different sizes, an 11 brown for one daughter and a 9 black for the other daughter. In both I ordered a 1/2 size larger than they actually wear. The 11 boot was fine and fit as I had imagined. The 9 was TOO small, so I returned and ordered a 10, it fit exactly like the 9, too short/small. I had to return it also and now have to wait until they are credited to my account before I can get another size/pair. This is inconvenient as my daughter is desperately wanting to wear them. I am hopeful that the next order/size will fit. My younger daughter loves her brown boots and they appear to be of excellent quality.

I don't have this exact style of Old Friend boots, but the pair I bought last year (on Zappos) I can no longer wear. I love them, but cannot wear them. They are good quality, warm, felt a little bigger than the usual size. The reason I can't wear them is the seam rubs me right below my ankle and any time I wear them for longer than a trip to the mailbox and I get a blisters. Oh well!
