Slippery! These shoes were too slippery inside and out for me. Not enough arch support for me, since I wanted them to walk around Italy.

Great shoes, super fast service - These shoes are good looking and comfortable - I like having clogs (I have a preschooler so comfort and easy on/off key, but so is style) but don't like the chunkiness of Danskos and similar styles. The toebed on these is narrower than Danskos and less "elfy" looking. The footbed on these is contoured so that it feels like there is more support than the average clog. The velour is beautiful. Even better, I ordered these last night at around 9 EST and rec'd them the next day. Amazing.

Great shoe - This is an extremely comfortable shoe with great support. I expected the color "Bronze Velour" to be more brown based on the service rep's help, but it actually is light brown with bronze specks. It looks wonderful with jeans and is a nice neutral color. I have the black in this shoe and knew I would love it. These shoes run narrow which works well for me, but they do stretch (if needed) so don't veer away thinking they won't work. It is almost like walking on a cloud! I love Zappos service and will stay a loyal customer.

Mephisto Gorgeous - I bought this shoe in "chestnut prestige smooth" (smooth brown leather). I am a huge fan of Mephisto, so it is no surprise that I love this shoe. It's comfortable immediately and looks good.

Cloud 9 - This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I have very bad knees and these shoes are shock absorbers. The soles are all rubber great for the streets of Manhattan the concrete jungle.
