Great comfort -
OK, they're a little plain, but they are a great, comfortable shoe. This is a 'go to' shoe when I know I'll be on my feet all day.

Little loose in the heel for a narrow width -
I ordered a size 9 as that is the size of most of my shoes, but it was way too big, so I exchanged them for an 8 1/2. They fit fine except a little wide in the heel so I inserted a heel pad and they are fine. Just wish the leather was a little softer. The service with Zappos was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely order again.

I found this shoe ran wider than I ordered. The shoe is comfortable, but if you normally wear a AA, I would order AAA.

Runs long -
Loved this shoe but while the 6 W fit me perfectly across the toes, the shoe was too long and loose at the back. A 5.5 W is not available, so I'm out of luck.
I wish manufacturers would learn that just because we have wide forefeet, spread out with age/surgery, we do not have wide
heels!!

Ouch...too tight - I ordered this in a 10EE and it was too short. It also didn't feel roomy enough and the heel dug into my skin.

Looks good, not too easy to stretch -
I got the 7 1/2 wide and they just don't work for me. I wish they had more stretch on the side by the big toe bone. But they work good for work- just not everyday (blue shoes required-ugh).

Hatley shoe leather too hard -
I find the leather in this shoe very inflexible. I was hoping for a softer leather. I have worn the shoe, but it is not comfortable for me.

Beautiful color (dark brown), but just too big, and I'd prefer a softer leather, so these are going back. They didn't look as good on my feet as they did in the photo, either--a little clunkier than I like.

Very disappointing!
I should have adhered to the other reviews. The heel fits so big that your foot slips right out of it. So disappointing because it's the exact type of shoe I was looking for to travel in and for work. Terrible! Sorry to say that I can't return it either, I already paid customs duty and freight to Bermuda which is non-refundable. It's the risk I take living here. Too bad.
