UNBELIEVABLE! Okay, so...I've always loved Zappos service and products and have written many reviews, but never this soon after delivery. I am so happy that I need to share right away! I can't believe I got my boots this quickly even though I ordered over the weekend and requested "regular" shipping. This site just rocks! Anyway, back to the BOOTS: I LOVE THEM! They're gorgeous, make my (normal, non-super model) legs look miles long, and are stable and comfy because of the rubber sole. They are EXACTLY what I wanted. They're pricey, but worth every penny--style and construction can't be beat. I have the suede ones--not micro fiber-- and the ankle is a wee bit wrinkle-y (like the picture), but not an issue at all. I think if they were tighter, they'd be impossible to put on. Note about size: Since I have other Stuart shoes and know they can run a bit small, I ordered a half size up, and they're perfect.

Terrible fit - Almost impossible to get on, no support, material does not stretch, Very disappointed in the product, bought almost identical shoes 10-15 years ago and they were perfect. They must have changed the material as well as the model.
