Love this shoe! As a flight attendant, I am on my feet for long hours, day after day. My primary concern is comfort over cuteness. This shoe is comfortable, accommodates my orthotic, has a roomy toe box and never rubs my foot in any way. It is approved by management as an acceptable and professional in-flight shoe. My only dislike is that the liner tends to curl at the toe end of the shoe, but it is a minor concern. The sole can slip if I stand up before the plane is at a comfortable work angle, but that, too, is easily resolved. Just stay seated longer! I love the promptness of Zappos.com, too.

Would be great if they fit better! For looks and comfort this shoe is exactly what I was looking for for an upcoming trip to Europe. However the shoe length on the size 37 is just a tad too short for my size 6-1/2 foot. While there is plenty of toe width and it feels great in the heel and arch the tips of my toes are pressing the front of shoe. I am afraid of moving up to a 38 and having the rest of shoe be too big. I can see why the other reviews call the shoe "a full size larger than marked". The shoe is wide compared to the length.

Hard time deciding to keep or return--- I wear 12 M shoe with minimal problems in American sizing. When this shoe arrived, I was so impressed at how beautifully the shoe was made! I nearly wept when I tried them on! The comparable European sizing of 43 fit me too short and very tight, especially across the band. The first day I wore them, my feet were so constricted I almost cried. If you wear a smaller size then me, I would suggest getting one size larger, I did not have the choice....I got the largest size. BUT, I evaluated the fine grain of leather, and thought that if I liberally wet down the insides of the shoes with "Magix" shoe stretch liquid, and wore them one more time, the fit would improve. YES! The second time the fit was much better, though still a little short in length and a little tight over the strap. The insole is a wonderfully soft leather, and the foot bed is so dreamy and comfortable. I plan to work with these shoes to get the stretch in just the right place because they look really good on my feet!
