Excellent, Excellent Product - They're soft, dry fast, comfortable, look easy and comfy, and respectable. Wish I could remember the name of the photographer who wrote a web review of these jeans and why he travels the world with 3 pairs and one pair of regular jeans. I know why now.

Stylish, tough and cool - As soon as I took these pants out of the box I liked them. They fit and looked great so I decided to take them on my next climbing trip. I spent three days living and climbing in these pants in Joshua Tree and they were great! No rips or tears while I bouldered for days in them. Afterward, I just dusted them off and hit the streets of San Diego for some night life in them too! These are my new favorite pants for climbing or bumming around. I plan on ordering two more pair in the other colors.

Perfection in looks, versatility, and comfort - I bought my first pair of Kuehl Jeans about 6 months ago and just got my second. The fit is great, they look stylish, not geeky, and the fabric is light, yet robust and pleasant on the skin. Stylish enough for the urban jungle, solid enough for the real jungle. And of course, perfect for travel, too.

I am getting a third pair for my husband. He does not get excited about clothes, but he loves these pants. He climbs, hikes, walks, plays with our 2-year old son, cooks, works, and lounges in these. Worth the money.

The service is great. I look forward to ordering again soon. The jeans feel great. I have only had them a short time and will reserve them for travel. Once I have some experience with them I suspect I will be ordering another pair or two. I wish they had them in more lengths, saves me the alteration costs.

These pants are great! I live in Albuquerque where it can get pretty hot. Last week it was up around 100 degrees every day. I commute on a single gear bicycle to work and back and these pants are cool. They wick the moisture away so you don't look or feel sweaty. The cut is ergonomic and they move nicely on my body. Also, they seem to be holding up well from the abuse given from my saddle. I have to say I am very pleased with my purchase. Zappos has been wonderful. The shipping was freakishly fast and cheap if not free. Online shopping sometimes can be dodgy but Zappos has been truly excellent.

I bought these for a trip I was taking and all I could take was one very small backpack. I took these as my only pants and they looked as good after 5 days as the first. They are comfortable and fit great.

I bought these pants a few months ago, and have been more than excited about them. The best pants I have ever owned. I am in the process of ordering another pair. I am rather tall, and the width and length are true to size. The material holds up well. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.

Comfortable enough for every day, yet fits with the suit. Great shoe that lasts. I am on my second pair. They have lasted well over 1 1/2 years. I wear them every day. I used to wear a black (Reebok) athletic walking shoe, but they lasted 6 to 8 months max. Ecco still looks great after a year. The insole and support do not collapse either. I am looking at buying my next pair soon. I recommend them to everyone.

This is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn, with the exception of athletic shoes. I've tried a lot of shoes, and nothing else even comes close. It's all I've worn to work for the past three to four years. I own two pairs, a black and a dark brown. The Cross is the most comfortable of the Ecco shoes I've tried by far. One caveat: I have a high arch, and the shoe is best suited for people with a high arch, I think. The shoes provide extremely good support and cushioning, as well as wrap-around-your-foot comfort. Other pluses: They last a long time. I've gotten 1-1/2 to 2 years out of mine, and that's wearing them on average of three times a week. They're also easy to take care of and require almost no polishing, just a wipe off with a damp cloth. When the soles on one pair wore through, I had them rebuilt for $65 from an outfit in San Diego. Since the uppers showed almost no wear, it was well worth it.

Watch out for the sole. Folks, this is God's gospel -- I bought a pair of these just a couple years ago. They ARE very comfortable. The problem is, where they printed "Ecco" on the sole... the sole has come apart. It's very thin where they burned their name in to the bottom of the shoe. The material looks like it just disentigrated. I am trying to find their web site to check on returning them as defective. If you saw the inside of the shoe, you would know that I have not worn them much. I might also add that I have had neuroma surgery on one foot and since this shoe is wide, they are extra comfy. I am disappointed though with the sole situation.

First pair of Ecco shoes - Cross. Purchased my first Ecco shoe seven years ago and still wear them everyday, mostly to the office. Walked mile after mile in total comfort, definitely the best shoe I have ever purchased. I think I will get one more year of wear from this shoe. I have just received a new pair of Seawalkers and I am just as impressed with this model.

Very comfortable shoe, lightweight. The sole has been a big problem. Cracked around the Ecco logo at the bottom and at the heal. I have a slight pronation and wear my heals to the inside. The outside separated first, then shreaded. I alternate shoes, and am not hard on them. Very dissapointed with the sole, reputation appears better than the goods.

The most comfortable shoe I've EVER worn. A friend of mine recommended Ecco and I bought the Ecco Cross style. They are like wearing no shoe at all. Lightweight, comfortable and they breathe. If you are on your feet a lot this is the shoe for style, comfort and fit. They are pricey but well worth it and they last forever.

Cracked Soles I have been wear "the cross" for over 6 years now-Great Shoe. There's was a problem with cracking of the sole of a couple of pairs I had- but I was able to have them replaced. The sole is guaranteed for 1 year. If you do not have your recipt and they look good, but with cracked soles contact Ecco or the shop you purchased them. Good Luck

Cracked Soles I bought 2 pairs of these, a $300+ investment. They're very comfortable and look great. You can wear them daily, all day with no foot fatigue. But the sole cracked on both pairs within a year, right across the ECCO logo. This is a full thickness crack, clean through to the insole. ECCO engineers really screwed up the sole on the Cross. They should have omitted the logo so that the sole had uniform thickness. The Seawalker sole is much better. I'm surprised that the Cross has not been pulled from production. -Very common problem.

My only review. 'Have enjoyed my only experience yet with Ecco Cross. I've worn this pair for two years, as my main shoe. I've had threads at the toe come loose, and repaired by a local shop. Absolutely, the most comfortable, supportive, and well-wearing shoe I've owned. Considering the fact I have always been hard to please in the shoe department, what with my feet being in pain or discomfort most of the time. I now have a shoe that causes my feet to want to go!
