Careful picking size - I bought these for my mom, who always wears a 6 or a 6.5. So, naturally, I ordered these in 6-6.5, but the shoes were at least a whole size too big for her. Zappos exchanged them promptly for the 5-5.5's, which, to be honest, were also too big for her (but negligibly). Printed inside the 5-5.5's she has now is "36 6." It says 6, but sold as 5-5.5. I measured inside the shoe - 9.5" toe to heel. Is that right for a 36 (US Wmns 5-5.5)? Glad the previous reviewer had a true fit. For us, it was a noteworthy issue. Shoes are very cute and comfortable, otherwise. Great for leisurely days, not for long walks.
