Probably the best cover I have ever worn.
If you want warmth and wind protection for your head and ears, then this is it. Some state that it does reduce sound level a little and this is true, but this is due to the Gore Wind Stopper material. If you want to maintain warmth on your head in cold weather, this is the cover you want. It breathes out so you won't get the sweaty head either. It's just the best cover/boggin I have ever worn, period.

Fantastic head gear. Use it for
hiking, but also for cross-atlantic flights...just pull the hat over the eyes and sleep. Keeps the cold out at all temperatures. My 2nd purchase.

This is a great hat - very lightweight but solidly built. Very warm and very comfortable.
Blocks the wind as advertised, but thus also blocks sound a bit - a fair trade-off. Recommended.

I know it's only a hat but having said that and the fact that I have a somewhat 'short' haircut this hat brings comfort to my life. It keeps my head and ears warm in a very comfortable way.
