Comfortable & Nice Looking
Dress Shoes -
I really enjoyed the black & burgundy pair of
Bostonian Tahoe shoes. They were extremely comfortable and stylish. It was the first time that I received so many compliments about my shoes from co-workers. As a manager, I am required to
dress professionally and the shoes really added the final touch. Due to the many compliments and comfortable footwear, both pairs became my favorite shoes. Unfortunately, I wore them both out…

Bostonian Tahoe -
These are beautiful shoes and reasonably comfortable as well. They provide decent
arch support and are true to size, but maybe just a bit too narrow up front. They are a pleasure to wear and much more comfortable than many rubber-sole
comfort shoes.

Tip Top Tahoe -
I am rarely disappointed by the fit and finish of
Bostonian shoes. This is a classically shaped shoe. They are solidly constructed, leather soles which wear like iron, and plenty of toe width for non-average shaped feet. The top leather is squeaky, so sneaking up on anybody is out of the question.

Men’s narrow width needs -
Although Cincinnati is a fairly large city, I found that narrow width
men's shoes are not available except in the most expensive
brands. One of our daughters used and recommended Zappos. I was pleased to see the tremendously large choice in my size and width and to be able to try on different
brands before purchase with free shipment and return. Keep up the good work!

These shoes do not have little metal shoe lace guides in the shoe lace eyelets, and the laces are hard to get in.

Standard
Bostonian -
I keep on buying Bostonians because I think that they are the best value around. That said, I am always a little disappointed with the quality. For example, these shoes took two full days to break in. After about 3 weeks of wear, the rubber sole separated from the leather and the shoes squeaked wherever I walked (other Bostonians have had the sole separate at the toe). I took the shoes back and got a new pair. So far so good.

John's Tahoe -
Very nice shoes but fit was tight across the top front. I've had them stretched a little at a nearby shop and they are very comfortable now.

Great fit in extra wide widths -
Difficult to find extra
wide shoes that fit and look good but these are great. Only took one day to break-in and now they are one of my favorite pair of shoes. First time I purchased
Bostonian shoes but I will definitely be buying more.

Comfortable but...
I was surprised by the color (I chose brown). The photo does not reveal the real color. The brown tint isn't anything I've seen before on a leather shoe. When I look at this shoe, my first thought is that it is made of vinyl. And I really think it is because of the strange brown opaque color. If you buy a pair make sure it is black. Otherwise, very comfy.
