I like it - It's good for that classic look, and it also fits well too, even on taller people like myself.

Gorgeous boot - I ordered this boot at 9pm on December 23rd. I was in the shower this morning (less than 12 hours later!) when it arrived! The pictures don't do it justice, this is a beauty and so elegant. I ordered it 1/2 size bigger so I could wear socks with it (my feet get cold) and it's perfect!

Comfy but no ankle support - I'm used to my boots giving me at least some ankle support, so I was surprised to find how floppy at the top this pair is - there's gotta be at least a quarter inch gap between the inside of the shank at the top and my leg. It doesn't feel like you're wearing a boot - more like a clog or mule shoe. The platform heel though is nice; the color is the same as the rest of the shoe so it blends together, and provides excellent support. I'm a little worried about how the suede will stand up to the snowy, slushy, messy weather where I live, but there's a lining on the inside around the bottom half of the shoe that adds extra protection.

I love these boots! I bought the taupe fabric boots. I love the color and feel. I was a little apprehensive about wearing them for the first time to my mother's home for Christmas. The boots felt fine all day! No blisters like other brand new shoes produce from being too stiff or needing to be broken in before wearing them for a long time. Heel is critical - Adorable shoe I hated to have to return. The fit was excellent in terms of size and width, but the high heel felt awfully high, much higher than the picture would suggest. The heel is substantial then drops off toward the front of the shoe, and the forward edge of it created uncomfortable pressure at the ball of my foot. The stretchy slip-on material was very comfy, and the style was so cute, I'm sorry it had to go back. But thank you, Zappos, for being the best shoe place on the planet!

Just not wide enough - I love the look of the shoe and everyone I showed them to did also. Unfortunately, I could barely fit my foot through the arch of the shoe and when I did it was so tight it was miserable. Surprisingly, the widest part of my foot where my bunions are fit nicely in the toe portion. I had to return them.
