Gabriella Rocha Britiny - These shoes are super cute and comfy...however, due to the strange way that they fasten; they seem to buckle in the ankle area. They did not have a very clean look to them when I put them on.

Cute, but a little overpriced - I bought these in black in size 11. I am size 10.5 M and have low arches, and these boots fit me pretty well (I returned Khombu Russia, which were a little bigger and had too much space in the arch area). These boots look cute and they are ok on the comfortable side, but in my opinion, they are a little overpriced. I mean, for the $ I expect shoes to be very comfortable, not just ok comfortable. Also, when I got them, one of the pockets that holds laces was ripped out. I stitched it up myself, and have no problem now, but again, for the $, you expect the shoes to be better made. The bottom-line - if you don't mind paying the $ for shoes that look cute and are "ok" comfortable, then these are for you.

My sexy boots - These boots are very comfortable, and warm with the fur inside of them. They seem to be water repellant and the balls that hang from them are cute too.

Cute and fluffy and very comfortable - I love stomping around in these cute fluffy boots. I don't usually like cold weather, but I'm now excited any day it is cold or snowy enough for me to justify wearing them.

Nice appearance but average comfort - I ordered these shoes and received them punctually. I must say that they take a lot of effort and time to fasten and then the tops tend to open which gives a sloppier look. Other then that they're great looking. The comfort is just OK because the soles are not as cushioned as I'd hoped for. Overall these boots were a great buy.

I've always had excellent service with Zappos. This is the second pair of shoes my son has picked from Zappos. Love the fast shipping and the size was right on. Would recommend Zappos to everybody!
