This shoe is so attractive. As an ICU nurse, I got compliments on these for 12 hours. I ordered wide and they fit perfectly from the beginning, the leather is really thick, I can tell it won't stretch out too much. They're not as high in the heel as they appear in the picture, which is good. The only problem I had with them is that I got a big bruise across the top of one foot, I'm not sure what to do about it, or if it will loosen up. Regardless, I would recommend this shoe.

Feels like walking on air - This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The "egg crate" is amazing. You can wear this shoe all day.

Amazing service from Zappos! I needed a pair of brown shoes that were comfortable to wear all day at work but at least moderately attractive. I find these Morgan's adorable and quite comfortable. I love the squishy insole. They do pinch a little across the top of my right foot, but hopefully they'll stretch with wear. The heel doesn't feel too high at all. I ordered the Walnut color, which is actually an odd color that doesn't look at all like the picture- instead of the brown I expected I received a tanish-olive color. So here's where Zappos amazing service comes in. I ordered the shoes on a Friday afternoon and received them the next Tuesday- I was expecting them to come in that Thursday or Friday. I was really surprised they arrived so soon. But the color was totally off- and Zappos sent the right item, but something was off with the manufacturer's end. I called Zappos, and was quickly connected to a sales rep who was very friendly. I decided to return the shoes and order another pair to see if the color would be better the second time around. The sales rep took care of it all in less than 10 minutes. Returning the shoes was a breeze. And most amazingly, I got my second pair of shoes the very next day!! Zappos upgraded me to 2-day shipping on my second pair. I hadn't even returned the first pair yet! The color still wasn't quite right, but that had nothing to do with Zappos. I am completely, 110% satisfied and impressed with Zappos' customer service. Thanks and great job Zappos! You've gained another loyal customer.

Great addition to my shoe repertoire - This shoe is comfortable for all-day wear, easy to walk in, great support and protection for my feet, but still cute! The heel does provide some life, but looks higher from the outside than it feels on the foot. I bought it in wine red, am considering getting black, too.

Not a standout, but it does the trick - It feels great when standing in it -- nice and cushy -- but while walking my foot slips around in it, even though it's the right size. I'm used to Dansko's clogs, which are not quite as cushy when standing, but seem to make more sense while walking. It looks nice -- I think it's a bit cuter than a traditional clog, which is why I bought it. I'm glad I bought the shoe, but had higher hopes for the way it would feel when walking.

A size too big... A very good quality shoe and a great design. Fits very comfortably out of the box for a leather shoe. The only minor complaints are that the shoe is about a size too big and the color is definitely brown, not the slight mahogany color shown in the picture. Overall a very nice shoe. Bought a size 10.5 and going to exchange for a size 9.
