Their Weapons but... This version is neither like the original nor the retro version that was released a few years prior. The shoe looks fantastic as usual, but, upon holding the sneaker I knew right away this was a scaled down version. Most notable was the white ankle padding; it was very thin with a cheap vinyl feel to it in comparison to the much thicker plush padding of its predecessors. The rest of the sneaker also felt "thin" with a rigid plasticy feel if you will. This version of the Converse weapon is for looks only, not the legendary basketball shoe I had been waiting for.
