Bronzo Glitter - This is a beautiful shoe - comfortable and stylish. I am a narrow width normally and this medium width shoe fit fine. The shoe bed inside ran skimpy, as the strapping started too close to the front of the shoe and caught your little toes. The color had a burgundy "glitter" tint, definitely not a true bronze color. The color was the only reason that I returned the shoe, but the style was stunning!

Great buy for the price. I was skeptical, but it looked like a comfortable shoe. I was surprised on arrival at how well they fit. I walk a lot at work everyday, and my feel feel fine after a long day in these shoes. I think I'm going to order another pair. Low price, good fit, and speedy shipping. What a combo! Only detractor is they have a "plastic" odor, that is going away, but is still noticeable after a few days.

What a blessing. These shoes were recommended by an older shoe salesperson (I was looking at other brands). Tried ‘em, and am I happy. I have four pairs of Propet now, two in the village walker style and two in the athletic styles. They’ve got lots of room and are very comfortable. I too spend a lot of time on my feet on hard surfaces. I walk a couple miles in the morning and then go to work. I couldn’t do this before because of pain and foot fatigue. Propet is all I wear now, what a difference. Foot support is excellent.

Shoes are functional if not stylish. Above all, shoes are very comfortable, light, and have a great waranty...product is well engineered. Its the aesthetics that are the weak points...shoes do have a synthetic smell that is annoying, the color is doodoo brown, they're shiny which give them a vinyl look, and over all shoe appearance is that of functional over style. But I bought them for traveling cause I want to be able to walk long distances with them and so functionality is key.

Most comfortable shoe, but has one issue. I bought the shoe because of comfort and light weight. The sole shows almost no wear, but it has one major issue. The sole cracked after the warranty expired. I contacted the manufacturer and they said since the warranty period was over they would not do anything. They also expressed no interest in investigating why the sole cracked. The issue is whether this was one bad batch or a common problem, but they were not interested in determining the cause of the problem.

Propet walker I purchased my Propet walkers less than a year ago and wear them sparingly. They are too hot for summer wear, but I've enjoyed them on cooler days. Recently I found that the insole sinks into the hollow molded sole and feels lumpy under the forefoot. Since I've only worn these shoes a few dozen times, I'm pretty disappointed in them.

Cracked soles - My first pair cracked at the ball of the foot after a year. My retailer replaced them at no charge though, it did take about three months to find another pair. My new ones I've been wearing since last summer, they've started to crack as well.

Marginal Shoe - The leather is low quality, and the soles cracked. The shoes are middle-of-the-road in terms of comfort. I would not buy another pair.

Cracked soul - I've owned two pair of Village Walkers. The second pair I bought over the internet. This pair was very comfortable. Both shoes, however, developed a crack on the sole in the area of the ball of the foot. Must be a design flaw.

Mine haven't cracked yet! I bought a pair of these last year, but didn't wear them much at first because they felt heavy. I returned to them later, and have worn them quite a bit lately. They are attractive, high cut, and very sturdy. They still seem heavy, but that's a lot of thick leather there. I hope they don't crack. Seems like a common complaint. If they don't, I'll buy another pair.

Very comfortable shoe - I needed a dress shoe but have very wide feet and finally found one here that felt so good. I've worn it to work too. I will be ordering more.
