I bought these for my niece for her birthday and she loved the shoes. The shoes were very comfortable and looked great on her.

My daughter loves these shoes. She's a big fan of anything green and Vans. On the downside, they don't have much arch support but I bought inserts and that solved the problem.

Awesome - I would have to say that this is a great shoe... I had some trouble finding things for it to match with but for its purpose it was perfect! It's comfortable as hell and has its own unique look/design... to some that might be alittle weird... but for me... it is just another thing that I can wear that isn't part of the mainstream America.... DEFINATELY A GREAT SHOE!

The first few times I wore this, the back of the shoe was digging into my ankle, rubbing my skin into a cut. After a week or so, the material wore down enough so it's no longer an issue as long as I keep them tied tight enough. Other than that they're really basic shoes, no extra support anywhere, flat foot. And they look awesome! I get compliments on them often.

I recently purchased the smooth leather Era for me, and the canvas style for my wife. When I ordered them, Zappos was changing their shipping procedures, and I complained when I didn't get them right away as I've ordered several pairs of shoes from them and never had this problem. In the end they ended up comping me over $150! I got the shoes for free, and Zappos has a customer for life. Back to the shoes: the Eras are a good shoe. My wife and and I are tall people with big feet, but Vans succeed in disguising this fact well. The minimal styling, basic, classy, oldschool charm of the shoes is the best out there. You couldn't give me a pair of Nikes or Addidas. I used to play Basketball in Skate Hi's for heavens sake, that's how much I like this brand. A lot of shoe companies copy the Vans style, but they really don't come close. I've owned Eras, Slip Ons, Skate Hi's, Chukka Boots, and Chukka Lows. Van's are comfortable but not on your feet all day work shoes, and aren't meant to be. They're a skating and casual shoe, but they're cool. Vans are the only skate shoe as far as I'm concerned, and my life long choice of casual foot wear.

This is the most comfortable sandal type shoes I've ever worn! If you want to be taller without feeling like your on a hill from wearing heels, then you'll love these! Usually my feet slide forward or the straps rub my toes and ankles. Not with these! I can wear them all day & night without any complaints - which is a first for me! I love them!

I live in a city, so I love a flat/platform sandal so much that zappos should made that a search option! I am a slightly wide 8 1/2, and I could tell these were perfect right out of the box... But I ordered the cognac color, and it's more brown than cordovan, which is suggested by the pic. Since I had a outfit to match I am going to exchange them for the whiskey, which will be a great neutral.

Once I saw these shoes, I knew my life would not be complete until I had them on my feet. The green, the flowered platform! And they're flat forms. (I can't really wear heels.) They are as gorgeous in real life as in the pics. Very comfortable, although they run slightly large. My minor complaints are: the elastic that the buckle is attached to is very flimsy. It's already fraying and I think I'll have to have it replaced. Also, there aren't enough holes in the strap (I don't think my ankles are particularly skinny) so they are a bit loose and so I've twisted my ankle a few times.

Classic brand Bass, in a current, fashionable sandal style. Had to get used to the platform as to not roll my ankle, but this is a nice shoe that is easy to wear with a lot of different styles.
