My daughter loves these shoes. She's a big fan of anything green and Vans. On the downside, they don't have much arch support but I bought inserts and that solved the problem.

Awesome - I would have to say that this is a great shoe... I had some trouble finding things for it to match with but for its purpose it was perfect! It's comfortable as hell and has its own unique look/design... to some that might be alittle weird... but for me... it is just another thing that I can wear that isn't part of the mainstream America.... DEFINATELY A GREAT SHOE!

The first few times I wore this, the back of the shoe was digging into my ankle, rubbing my skin into a cut. After a week or so, the material wore down enough so it's no longer an issue as long as I keep them tied tight enough. Other than that they're really basic shoes, no extra support anywhere, flat foot. And they look awesome! I get compliments on them often.

I recently purchased the smooth leather Era for me, and the canvas style for my wife. When I ordered them, Zappos was changing their shipping procedures, and I complained when I didn't get them right away as I've ordered several pairs of shoes from them and never had this problem. In the end they ended up comping me over $150! I got the shoes for free, and Zappos has a customer for life. Back to the shoes: the Eras are a good shoe. My wife and and I are tall people with big feet, but Vans succeed in disguising this fact well. The minimal styling, basic, classy, oldschool charm of the shoes is the best out there. You couldn't give me a pair of Nikes or Addidas. I used to play Basketball in Skate Hi's for heavens sake, that's how much I like this brand. A lot of shoe companies copy the Vans style, but they really don't come close. I've owned Eras, Slip Ons, Skate Hi's, Chukka Boots, and Chukka Lows. Van's are comfortable but not on your feet all day work shoes, and aren't meant to be. They're a skating and casual shoe, but they're cool. Vans are the only skate shoe as far as I'm concerned, and my life long choice of casual foot wear.

This is the perfect black bag! I bought it knowing it would serve my life style well. I needed a nice back pack type bag for school. I'm 5'4 it fits well on my back for when I ride my bike. It also serves just as a day bag and over night bag. It has a lot of room, depending on how big your books are, you may want a wider bag. A 17 inch computer does not fit in it. Any computer smaller will fit well. It has a protective compartment for your computer as well. There are 3 outside compartments in 3 sizes. One is Narrow. Such as a "Nook" will not fit in it. It will hold a small size (narrow) book. One compartment is deeper and a cell phone will fit it and not fall out. There is one smaller size compartment. They are covered with the outside flap that is magnetic. There are 2 smaller mess pockets along with 2 other medium size pockets.

This is my third Overland band-they are made so nicely. Bought this for business in NY-looks more sleek than a regular backpack.

I ordered a couple different backpacks looking for something that's flexible, sturdy, big, and dressy enough for work (not too sporty). I love this bag - it's not as dressy as I wanted but it makes up for it in comfort, versatility, and size. It easily holds everything (binders, laptop, etc.) as well as zips shut for when using as a backpack. The backpack is comfortable and the handles are easy to grab for using as a tote bag as well.

I've been looking for the perfect computer bag for years and I've finally found it! The computer compartment is easy to access and there's plenty of room left in the bag even after the computer is in place. I love the carrying options and I really love that I can tuck the backpack straps away when I'm not using them so they don't flop all over the place. It's sturdy and seems to be well-made. The zippers move freely and the buckles open and close with ease. I love that the long narrow front pockets for the power supply make it so easy to carry along my various cords. It's versatile, sturdy, roomy, comfortable, and attractive! What more can you ask?

Fabulous bag for teachers! It's durable and the pocket placement/size/accessibility is quite intuitive. The backpack straps are useful for when I'm carrying too much stuff (purse, groceries, etc.) in addition to this bag to spare a shoulder for it.

I'm so impressed with this bag. I used it on a two week business trip to Asia. It was the perfect size for my laptop and personal items. It was professional enough for me to take into the office and versatile enough for me to take on the plane and sight seeing.

This bag is great for commuting to work with everything that you need, and keeping things like keys, badge, blackberry and subway card at the ready. It's a little heavier than I would like, but having the option to switch between backpack and shoulder straps in an instant really helps. The bag is so well made, that it also works really well to insulate things like yogurt or anything else that you want to keep cold for at least two hours after you've left home. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This bag is great!! I'm a teacher and was looking for a school bag that didn't look like a school bag. I love the fact that I can switch to a backpack when I need to lug home heavy teacher's guides but it’s still stylish. Has a lot of pockets for storing necessities and a great cushion if you carry your laptop. Might be a little on the expensive side, but is built strong; cleans well and I get compliments all the time. I love this bag and recommend it highly.
