The shoes were purchased for my daughter to go with her
prom dress. She has a wide foot and trying to find something pretty to match in her size was impossible locally. I took a last minute chance on ordering through Zappos, as it was getting close to
prom. Although nervous about her not being able to try shoes on, the free return delivery made me feel more comfortable. Zappos even surprised me with a free overnight delivery of the shoe. The shoe was as beautiful in person as on the website, and the fit was perfect. They were comfortable and went well with her
prom dress. Thank you Zappos!

I bought these shoes to wear to a
wedding. I have huge feet (size 11) and I decided to get a wide so that I had a little more room. These are super cute with the bows on them and they are incredibly comfortable! Zappos also has amazing customer service; they upgraded my shipping to two days FOR FREE. I love Zappos and I will definitely continue to purchase ALL my shoes from this website!

Nice shoe. Color was spot-on! Matched my
dress perfectly. Fit perfectly. At first they were a little stiff but after fifteen minutes or so, they were very comfortable. I wore them to a
wedding, then the
outdoor reception. Thoughtfully, the bride had
flip flops available for everyone with heels so they suffered minimal damage from the lawn and I look forward to wearing them again! Great value.

They look too much like a little
girl's shoe with a heel in person. I can't say for comfort because they didn't have 8 or 8.5 wide, so I ordered 7.5 hoping they would run a little big, but they were too tight.

These shoes were well represented on-line in pictures and description. They came within a few days and the free shipping was a plus. They fit well and were nicely made.

This store is great. My daughter has a wide foot and could not find the perfect red shoe for her
prom. We ordered from Zappos, they set all the shoes we picked, we found the perfect pair and we printed off the return postage paid form tapped it to the box and took it to UPS! They just took it out of my hand and said thanks 3 days later I got credited to my
account. We we also very careful not to walk around on hard floors and scratch the bottoms of the shoes we did not want, I also carefully repacked every shoe the way it came in. So thank you very much Zappos! I love you!
