These shoes were everything I thought they were going to be and I will definitely order more in the future! Just two things to note before you buy: 1) The back of the shoe does go up rather high, so don't wear low cut socks if you want to prevent irritation and 2) the shoes actually appear to be black unless they are in clear light.

These feel good for me when I add my orthotics as I have extremely flat feet these look and wear even better.

I am very picky about sneakers, because I usually end up keeping them for a long time. Before getting these shoes, I had been wearing the same pair of Tigers (Mexico 66) for about three years. I had also tried (and returned) styles by Keen and Puma before buying these. I wish I would have bought these sooner! They are just what I was looking for -- very comfortable and stylish. They feel way more flexible than my old 66's, which was a welcome change, slightly wider, which also feels great, and they manage to have fair support without looking bulky (I prefer low profile shoes all the way). Also a bonus: they come with an extra pair of laces in an accent color. I also saw a comment about a discrepancy in women's sizing in the official size chart, but I but I followed the official chart and they fit perfectly. Very happy, I definitely recommend these shoes!

These are such great shoes I am slowly getting a pair in every color. I needed these all black shoes for an internship and these will be perfect for my 16 hour days on my feet. They typically take a couple weeks to break in. They are really snug when you first try them on, but they will mold to your foot if you start wearing them frequently. Love them!

First, again Zappos made me smile by their unrivaled customer service on this order! Way to go folks! Second, I played about 5 hours today - all on hard courts - and I'm very happy to report that the soles on the Gel Resolution 4 seems to be wearing better (meaning less) than did the Gel Resolution 3. The green out-sole at the toes looks a little silly but it seems tougher than the black rubber that was there on the 3. Very happy! One other note, the insole is also different - and, actually, not particularly to my liking. The 4 has a white material that almost feels like styrofoam or some cousin thereof. I think I preferred the insole material of the 3. But time will tell, I guess. Still, my feet are not sore after today's play - so no real complaint here either.

I really like these shoes. They work well for me on a variety of surfaces. I went with a half size smaller than some other Asics I use for general training.
