If you told me a month ago that I would pay $400 for a pair of shoes AND still think it was worth it, I would have laughed at you. However, after years of sore feet, I have finally found the answer -
Mephisto shoes. I bought a pair of
Mephisto Phoebus shoes last week from Zappos. The day they arrived, I literally took them out of the box, laced them up and walked out the door for a three-day business trip. The last day of my trip was a 21-hour day (due to weather and flight cancellations), and my feet still felt GREAT! These shoes are unbelievable. They're as good as everyone says they are.
Zappos was wonderful too. Because of the tight schedule, they shipped the shoes overnight and didn't charge me a dime extra. Zappos - you have a customer for life!
