Comfort and looks - I'm on my feet all day as a health care professional, so I need comfort and I dsire good looks--this shoe has both comfort and the good looks I desire.

Shipping... The Eccos I got were fine, but the color I wanted was snatched up so I had to default to the Black. I've always been amazed at how fast the shoes get to your house when ordering from Zappos--they usually upgrade your free shipping as kind gesture and the product are there in one, or two business days! I've also wondered how long they'd be able to keep that up... Well, I ordered on Thursday night at 8:30pm (free standard shipping option), and sure enough, I got an e-mail shortly after to inform me that my shipping has been upgraded for free...and UPS showed at my apartment by 10:30am Friday morning, in less than 24 hours, AGAIN! How do they do it?? I realize now that it is physically possible, but realistically, I'm still baffled. I'm not complaining because some of the stuff I ordered will be sent out as gifts and this gives me more time to deal with them...

The Best... Ecco & Zappos - I received the shoes just before leaving on a business trip. The very first time I put them on was at the beginning of a nine hour day standing on a show floor. They are simply the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. Zappo's service is second to none.

Ecco Century Tie - I First bought this shoe in black and was reminded what a great product ECCO makes. Perfect all day work shoe and has performed well at trade shows with 10 hour show floor activity.

Another Great Ecco - I have been shifting the shoes I wear, from business to casual to sneakers, to Eccos over the last few years. They fit and feel great. Style has sometimes been sacrificed but this shoe has a great look in addition to a great feel.

Adorable! I have this in the magenta color and it is so adorable! Very fashionable, but simple, accessory that can take a 'blah' outfit and give it some pop! The metallic gold in it is really cute too and not over the top!
