The experience of buying this Ugg compares to going to a 5 star restaurant! The product great - excellent craftsmanship - my husband wears them all the time. The chocolate color is a great option since it doesn't show dirt or wear. And buying anything from Zappos is a great experience. When I'm shopping I always go to their site first.

I ordered my husband these boots in a half size smaller than his normal size. The boots arrived quickly however, they were too small. I got on the phone that evening and talked to a Zappos rep. The larger boots arrived at our home in less than 12 hours! I hadn't even had time to mail out the wrong sized ones! Excellent!

I gave these Uggs to my husband for Christmas and he loves them. I was worried they might not be wide enough but they are fine. I also return a pair of shoes for me that didn't fit and it was so easy to do. Your a great company. Thanks, Carol Matheson!

I have ordered from Zappos a few times and everything arrives the next day, never damaged and exactly as the product states. I try to buy everything through Zappos.com.

Got these for my husband. He initially did not like the way they looked..Once he slipped his foot in and felt the comfort he was not to concerened about the look.

A true Ugg fan. Love these boots. Probably my tenth pair over the years. They last a long time and are super comfortable.

Totally wonderful experience with Zappos! The boots arrived within two days. As far a sizing goes, with Uggs and the sheepskin lining they always feel a little snug until the sheepskin conforms to your foot. Then they are perfect. Great buy and great service!

Great boots. Extremely warm. I have a high-volume mid foot, and these feel a bit tight across the top of my foot. Other than that they are great.

Very cute and comfy - wanted to love them, but the soles began to tear up the first time I wore them. Very poor quality for the price.

These shoes are very cute and comfortable. Sadly they are also the most poorly made shoes I have ever purchased. They started falling apart the first time I wore them. After two wears they were pretty much destroyed... Can not reccomend.

Great shoe, exactly as shown, and very comfortable. I purchased my usual size and it fits perfectly. No overhanging toes or sides of feet, just exactly perfect. Wore it all day and it is very comfy still, despite the strap between the toes which often becomes uncomfortable with wear. The colors, Polo Tan and White, harmonize very well and it is just a beautiful shoe. Highly recommend. Thanks also to the Zapponians for lightning fast shipping again!!!

First of all I really, really liked the look of these sandals. And yes, I am a guy who wears woman's shoes regularly! I just loved the style and the look of these thongs, very attractive (but I wish the heel was a bit chunkier). That's why I got them, in spite of the average to poor reviews at Zappos and elsewhere. The fit was a bit to small for me, but acceptable and they really looked nice!! But on closer examination, the construction does look shoddy, as others have commented. Because of the price, and the fact that they were a bit small, and did not come in a size 12, I have sent them back. Bummer, 'cause they really looked nice and I had been hoping to be able to wear them for summer!! But not to be dismayed, I have ordered a pair of Annie Venice and Vienna sandals, they look nice too, will see how they work out! Zappos is the BEST!

I wear this brand a lot. Always wear a 9. But this shoe was too short, my toes were sticking off the end. I'll return them & order the next half size up (& hope they're not too big).
