Very lightweight and extremely breathable
running shoe. With the light weight, comes very light cushion. I don't recommend this shoe if you have knee problems. I actually love the shoe. It has a fabulous look...I ordered it in color combo White/Dark Cinder/Ultra
Beauty...translation white-dark grey-magenta. I love the color and usually steer clear of any white. I believe I'm going to add an extra
insole for additional cushion. I have a very narrow and long foot, so this will be not issue for me. I was doubtful about stability that it would provide. It proved me wrong again, when lateral movement necessary it was great. I run and walk in this shoe. No issues walking but
running comes with a complaint. I am noticing that my heels hurt a little and for an
Adidas shoe the arch is lacking. If I didn't like so many other things about its comfort and fit (so comfortable around my lower ankle...tongue causes zero friction...stable platform for my neutral gait), I wouldn't bother to add extra
insole and use for street shoe. I've only had three runs in it, so maybe I'm speaking too soon. This shoe runs true to size. As with this and all other
Adidas, a 10.5. (I wear a 9.5 or 10 in
dress shoes and
sandals +
Birkenstocks size 41 euro. I wear a 9.5 in Salamons...if that helps anyone.) Toe box is not too roomy for the narrow foot, and forgiving if slightly wider foot. Bottom line...I need slightly more padding. If you wanted to race in this a few times, cushion seems to be dedicated to that.
