Outstanding customer service! Received the replacement shoes the next day! Wow! This boot is one size too big and narrow. Order 1 size down and wide for normal fit. Top quality boot. Sandpaper the soles a bit and add snow seal, and Dr. Scholl's insole that is 3/4 length arch support for a superb fit, no slip or squeaks.

I was extremely disappointed with these. I should have heeded others' poor reviews. The leather is indeed very thin and immediately acquired countless creases. The combination of the thin leather shiny finish looks cheap and creates an embarrassing amount of noise when walking. The uppers are stiff and dug into my ankles. They may have broken in eventually, but the sole one one shoe separated from the leather after the fourth wear. The construction is so flimsy I can put my finger through the inside and out between the boot and sole. I have never owned such a cheap shoe at this price. It is a shame, because the style out of the box was sharp.

I usually do not write reviews, but I had to make an exception with these shoes. They are absolutely awesome! First, I wear a wide, and one manufactures wide is not the same as another's. In this instance, for me, the fit was superb. I believe these are the most comfortable dress shoes I have every owned. On occasion I will walk home from work (15 minutes) and my feet are no worse for the wear. I do not feel like I have to tear these things off the minute I get home. As for style, they are distinctly vintage looking and you will get compliments, so be forewarned. They are rather shiny as others have mentioned, but I always polish my shoes so I do not consider that a detriment. I would highly recommend these shoes if your looking for a unique alternative to your standard dress shoe. I am very happy with these shoes and as always, Zappos is a remarkable company in every way.

I absolutely love these boots. They are my primary footwear, summer, winter, and in-between. Great fit and durability. Good looks in a suit, slacks, or jeans. Very comfortable, and they breath quite well. I wear them with wool socks for warmth in the winter, and switch to cotton socks in warmer weather. Either way, these boots feel good, look good, and have a respectable lifespan. On my scale of 1-10, they are a 12.

These are great looking boots! They are subtle yet not! They are perfect on style. They run very large and narrow (I wear an 8½, but got a 7 in these boots, and I fit into the 6½). The sizing is similar to Kenneth Cole. I am curious if anyone else finds there is much stretch to these, because I am wondering if I should go back to the smaller size, which was snug but easier to walk in. Any tips for how tightly boots should initially fit? I could not fit wool socks under the 6½, but cannot wear thin socks with the 7 or they feel floppy.

I bought these for my six year old daughter and she loves them! They run true to size. The colors go with everything too.

These are so cute. My daughter and I both love them! She gets lots of compliments on these.
