I agree with previous customers - they run big, buy a size smaller than normal. I had to send mine back the first time. Very comfortable to wear - sure beats wearing heels to work!

Great shoes! They fit perfectly. I have a high arch and it is hard to find shoes that fit. Plus, I spend my work days standing for 8-10 hours day and my feet don\'t hurt in these shoes.
Love the style of the shoes, but they don't fit. Way too big, maybe as much as a full size. I ordered a 7 (I sometimes wear 6.5), I can't keep them on my feet! I even bought the heel guards to put in the shoe and still can't keep them on. Too late to return as I wore them outside. It's a shame as they are perfect to wear to work. Strange thing is a have another style of Privo shoes that are 7s and they fit fine.

These shoes were much wider than expected. I bought my usual size and I could not keep them on my feet. I went to the shoemaker and had heel slips attached as well as insoles, but it was not enough to keep the shoes comfortably on my feet. I had to buy a different pair.

I love these shoes! I wanted a wedge for the ease of walking with a bit of a heel and these are perfect. They are comfortable and have the interesting ribbons crisscrossing the toes, making them different but not too fussy. And the suede makes them a touch dressier. Love them!

Great shoes. Run big. If you are a 10, order 9.5. Wide toe box. Because I run my toenails cause me pain; these shoes are great if your toes hurt. Also, because of nerve pain in the balls on my feet I usually wear gym shoes everywhere; these are the first shoes in three years that I can wear all day without extreme pain. Love these shoes. I was looking for a comfort shoe and have two other pair of Privo's. I wanted something with a little boost in the heel to wear for more than just casual days. These completely fit that description. I have worn them with slacks, and jeans and tights and a short pencil skirt. In all cases they look great and feel great. I suffer from plantar fasciitis so I have had my share of finding shoes that both support arch, cushion the heel and are light. I wore these walking around NYC all day and evening. They held up really well and while they are not as soft as my other more casual flat Privo's, a small heel cushion sold at drugstores solved that. I would recommend them.

These are attractive and practical shoes. Great everyday work shoes. It took a few wearings to break in the cross strap which was cutting into my feet, but now they are broken in and one of my favorite wears.

These felt fab even after hours on my feet walking on terrain as varied as the streets of London to the steep cobbled lanes in the villages of North England. There was just enough heel that I didn\'t have to worry about my trouser hems brushing the sidewalk. The comfort of a sneaker, with a polished look that will gain you admittance at Ritz for high tea. Perfect.

I have a similar Privo shoe (Berry) and was thrilled to see it available with a little bit of a heel. At first, I worried that the pointy decorative bit would rub the top of my foot, but after having worn the shoes several times without socks, there\'s been no discomfort at all. Some Privo shoes have a tendency to slip off the heel, but these are more firmly fitted. With the slightly raised heel and sturdier sole, I find them more comfortable than the Berry. They\'re shoes you can wear all day and neither your feet nor your sense of style will regret it. The only reason I didn\'t give it 5 stars for style is that I wouldn\'t have minded a little bit more heel, but it still works out to 5 stars overall.

love these--they fit my wide-ish feet very well, true to size. cute & comfortable--the round toe is a little retro. they\'re great w/ skirts and work w/ pants. i also got the mary janes---privos work for me!

True to Zappos claim. I received free return shipping for shoes that weren\'t to my daughters liking or fit. I had to call them to compare shoe types and needed help with the sizing. they were the most helpful and polite people. I could not ask for more. My daughter loves the Privo Barclay shoe it is comfortable and a good fit. We will be ordering all our shoes from Zappos.com

I love the look of this shoe. I got the grey and the black straps are such a cool contrast! I have high arches and I feel like there is little to no arch support, but the foot bed is pretty well padded and comfortable so it's not a problem. My usual size fits well, although my heel does slip out a bit when I walk, but this isn't uncomfortable either. The heel is a nice size and I love the slip resistant and flexible sole. The shoe feels tight on the knuckle of my big toe, but I think that has to do with my high arches. All in all, a well made, attractive and versatile shoe. A total keeper!

I can't stop wearing these shoes! I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip to Europe. I needed something fashionable and comfortable for walking city streets. These shoes exceeded my expectations! I almost feel like I'm walking on a pair of firm sponges. Although some reviewers felt these run a little large, they felt perfect in my size but it's probably because I have wide feet. Privo Barclays are well worth the money.

Very roomy!
Like another reviewer, I also wear an 11 and found these to be pretty roomy. Many times I need a wide width but I sure didn't in these. I may send them back for a 10; that's how roomy they are. I'm not sure I can keep them on my feet when I'm walking; as comfy as they are, I fear they may fly off. These are super cute and stylish so I hope I can find a size that fits!

My feet are to blame, but I have a size 11 left foot and size 10 right foot, what can a girl do? Since I can't shop like most of the ladies out there at a department store, I turn to online shopping to find my size. I also have a bit of a wide foot, so it's really hard to find shoes. I decided to get this shoe, since Clarks is a pretty good brand. First of all, this shoe is beautiful. I got the suede and I couldn't be happier with the style. This shoe is very lightweight, no clunky heel! The only problem that I am having is the area right below my big toe where the shoe is pinching me. The width of the shoe is okay, the height of the inside is the issue for me. I will need to stretch these!

Cute, but run a little big -
These are cute and have been fairly comfortable so far, but I'm not used to shoes in my size running so big. I wear an 11 so I can't go 1/2 size down - trying to decide if I want to risk them stretching.
