Very cute shoe but runs big and wide. Like most of the Primigi shoes these run big. My DD is between the Toddler and Youth sizes. The biggest toddler size was too tight and the smallest youth size was way too big. But they are a quality shoe made well.

An extremely well made, comfortable shoe. My daughter won't wear anything that isn't cloud-like in comfort. These shoes are lightweight, and the patent hasn't even scuffed yet (my daughter is not easy on shoes); they are the new everyday favorites.

This was our 4th pair of this style. I have already purchased hot pink, red and black for my 5 year old. The shoes are very comfortable and the dirt just wipes off with a damp cloth. They are well worth the price and Zappos overnight delivery cannot be beat. I think you have elves working in your warehouse.

These are gorgeous shoes. My daughter also had them in red and they last until she outgrew them, which was about a year. She is picky regarding the fit and they were very comfortable for her. They are more attractive in person. Very good quality. Highly recommend.

We have been getting these MJs for years and love them. They have great arch support and are durable while also being dressy if need be. Zappos' service was phenomenal--I ordered them EST at about 2 pm and they were delivered the next day--they upgraded my shipping at no cost! Well day! And very low price for this item.

I ordered a pair last year that my daughter loved. Great quality (sturdy, supportive, nice finish, etc). This year, I ordered again. Poor quality (collapsible heel, flimsy insole, etc.). I'm not sure why this year's shoe was so different. The quality didn't match the price, so I returned the shoe immediately.

These shoes are the absolute best! From the rubber sole to the padded heel and footbed, to the great colors - my daughter who is starting kindergarten loves them! I ordered them at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, and they were delivered to our front door before 1:00 PM the next day. Shoes, and service, you simply cannot beat!

I love these shoes! This is our second pair (bought silver last year) and they are every bit as good as the first! I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great shoe you can dress up down that will last! Not to mention the incredible sport the shoe provides and amazing comfort! My daughter absolutely loves this shoe and so do I. It is the second pair of Primigi Mary Janes I have purchased - they never seem to get scuff marks on them and they are very comfortable to wear. I also am very pleased with Zappos super fast shipping and the 365 day return policy!

Primigi shoes are wonderful and I have purchased at least 5 pair for my granddaughter...I only had a problem with 1 pair - the red ones. I purchased them in March for school in September (as well as a grey pair and sneakers etc. for school), she wore these couple of pairs since September and at Christmas she said "no, they hurt". Upon putting my hand inside the shoe I discovered there was a perfect hole by the big toe and metal pushing through...they definitely hurt. I never had anything like this happen with this brand and I usually give her shoes away since they're still in good shape. I will continue to buy Primigi because I love the way they look and they are generally great support and fit. I will still recommend them.

I am very happy with these shoes. It is so hard to find comfortable, supportive shoes for girls. These are very comfortable, very high-quality, with great arch support (very important for young feet), a removable insole, and are very cute! My 5 year old loves them!

These shoes are adorable! They fit well and were very comfortable for my daughter to wear. She received many compliments. However: Within three months, the whole tops of the toes were rubbed clear of the silver. I bought these in early November 2011 and by January 2012, they were looking terrible. Today, Feb. 29, 2012, I called Zappos customer service and received a store credit, for which I am grateful because otherwise I'd be out of luck. She can't wear them to school because they look so bad. And these are dressy, highly specialized shoes, which means my daughter wore them maybe once a week, if that. I hope the company sees this review and fixes its manufacturing problem because clearly this wasn't what they intended. By the way, I also first looked into silver shoe polish before I called Zappos and couldn't find anything in this exact shade of silver. I appreciate Zappos giving me store credit, which is a hallmark of the company's always excellent customer service. And I don't think Primigi in general makes bad shoes. I just think this silver coating was profoundly flawed.

Have bought these for both of my girls for the past 5 years. Wish they were in larger sizes. They wear like iron, wipe off to clean them. Can wear them every day to school then to fancy events because of the patent leather!
