I love this jacket. I bought it primarily to wear with leggings. I wanted something that was lighter than a regular jacket, that covered my bottom. It looks great with boots too. I am a size 12 - I ordered the large; however, it had too much space/room in the body so I reordered in a Medium, it fits perfect.

I had lost some weight this year and the jackets I had were all getting too loose, so I thought I would get a nice fitted jacket, and the Keva was the answer for me. It is a very versatile item made by Prana, which makes primarily yoga-friendly clothes, this jacket falls pretty low, about mid-thigh or so. There are no buttons or Velcro to fuss with around the cuffs. The collar does not fold down, so when you zip it up it covers your neck nicely and looks pretty sharp to boot. The outer fabric sloughs off all but the worst rains (so mist and light rain? No problem). The jacket is relatively thin but it is lined with a thin fleece inside to keep you a little warm (although not super toasty). The jacket has a great line on the back. It almost looks like a fitted trench coat from the back. Although the hemline is a little longer, you can wear this with jeans, yoga pants, a skirt, etc. In fact, I even wore this to the company Christmas party and it looked fine! The only complaint I have is that the bottom flares out a little too much. It os kind of a cute look (it looks almost like a dress) but on the chilly evenings I do not know that I want so much flare on the bottom of my jacket. I think they could make the bottom tighter by two inches or so and still have it be very attractive. The jacket zipper is very smooth and does not catch on anything, and it has a second zipper pull if you want to wear it with the bottom unzipped while you keep the top zipped.

This is a really versatile, flattering jacket. It has nice, smooth lines and fits close to the body - very slimming and sophisticated. I originally wanted to wear it over workout clothes, but I've been wearing it to work over casual dresses and also with jeans. It's a longer length, so looks it crosses over from sporty to casual. It's my new favorite jacket. The only negative is that the sleeves are of the close-fitting variety, so you can't wear something really bulky under it. I do wear sweaters underneath, just not really thick ones. I am petite and sized down from my usual medium to a small, and I am glad that I did. I am 5'2", 140lbs, and the small is perfect. Also love the burgundy color - goes with everything and isn't too pink or purply.

I chose this jacket because it has a very basic look with sleek lines. It has served me well in the Seattle rain, as far as it's being water resistant. While I wear it primarily for exercise outdoors, I would be as comfortable putting on my black shearling vest for added warmth and to dress it up.
