I would definitely use Zappos again and you should too. Product was exactly as shown and described not to mention timely and free shipping that was included.

Good shoes but gets dirty easily. And you get the brown leather shoe laces with the shoes and the brown rubs off on the shoe.

These guys have out of sight customer service. I caused a problem and they took care of it in the most pleasant and efficient manner. Shoes were just as described. Recommend without reservation.

Pretty nice, the sole gets dirty very fast (after 1st wear) but get a lot of compliments on them when paired with some khaki shorts and polo shirt. Not an everyday wear of course though.
