I wish that I could keep these boots, as they are very warm and light weight and look like they can take a beating but the removable liner is too small, it is too tight making the shoes feel like the width and size is small by about two sizes, once removing the liner your feet are swimming in the boots. I would have kept the boots and thrown away the liner, but where the leather is sewn to the rubber internally its so stiff, and the leather sticks out and digs into your ankles making it unbearable to walk in.
Brands I'd also recommend: uggs

The idea here is to get used to a boot that has a liner. It is a bit tight when you first try it on, and especially if you are wearing thick socks. Note, you won't really need thick socks with the liner. Over time, this boot will align itself to your foot for a perfect fit. I recommend leaving the laces untied for the most part unless you are in really deep snow or severely cold weather.

Great boots. I purchased these as an option for a good winter boot in NYC to deal with the snow and slush (to date we are still waiting for the snow). I must say they keep my feet very warm and look great on. I also love the color.
