After reading the other reviews I was nervous that they ran large, but ordered my normal size anyway. The shoes fit true to size. I also have to wear a prescription arch support so I was pleased that the liner easily lifts so I can insert my arch support under it.

Beautiful soft brown leather boots. Quick lace loops and fit and finish is really good. I highly recommend this boots. I bought a pair for myself and a friend for Christmas.

I got these for Christmas; I have never worn polo boots before and I was impressed with the sturdy construction and overall comfort level. However you may want to order half a size down for a more true to size fit. I also suggest switching out the insoles for added cushion only if you want that ! Other than that these are great shoes!

This is a very stylish boot. I ordered this with a Columbia boot to compare, and my entire family immediately told me "this one" upon seeing it. Fit is good, and the arch support is fine. Only one complaint, and that is that the tongue is not padded -- essentially it's just a strip of leather. After my first day of wearing it, I've realized this to my dismay that I'll either have to wear two socks or find some way to pad the tongue area myself. I got it at a very good price, so I'll probably keep it. Either way, I'm glad that VIP is generous with returns, in case.
