My son requested these boots for Christmas. They arrived very quickly. My son put them on that day and continued to wear them the entire day. He loved them and loved the support they gave. Vey pleased once again with a zappo's product and service.

First off, I would like to thank Zappos for the amazing service. You guys (and gals) are great! I had been trying to find these boots for months but had no luck. I came to Zappos 2 weeks ago n they told me that they were out of stock, but would email me when they came in. They did exactly that. I got my boots the day after I got the email and made my order. These boots are awesome. They look and feel great. Very satisfied with product and service.

This boot shipped free but Zappos has no explanation for the white out that was on the tag of the boot were the size is at. I have never seen this before and didn't know if they were real authentic boots but did get a full refund and a credit amount.
Brands I'd also recommend: Not sure at this point
