I noticed that after using this a couple of times, it worked better than the first time. It might be the amount used that made the difference but when it worked it worked really well. It provided a smooth, poreless base for foundation or powder or even worn alone. This is a translucent liquid but comes in a tinted color so you can see where you are putting it. I will play up the coverage the next time to see what kind of results I get but so far it does work well. Very pricey though and should be sold for $16-$18 for the amount given which is very small.
Brands I'd also recommend: sephora clean slate
