I ordered 2 different styles of Pikolinos and this is the one I kept, I must say that they 'uniquely' fit my foot which makes me think that someone with 'normal' feet might find them a half size large/on the wide side (not sure if this is the way all Pikolinos fit, the pair I returned seemed very 'loose' across the top). If you are between sizes you may want to try sizing down as well as you're normal size. I ordered in the beige and would say that the color is 'grayer' than pictured, actually the color printed on the box translates to 'bullet' or 'gray' from Spanish so try one of the other colors if you're looking for something in the brown family (the color works perfect for me so I'm keeping). My foot is wide across the toes with a narrower ankle, I have bunions and the fit of the straps are perfect for this and I found this shoe to be very comfortable, they are on the loose side but the ankle strap (which is very comfortable) keeps the shoe in place. I wore them for several hours straight out of the box, no break in necessary.

I have many closed-toed Pikolinos shoes - love the styling and the details. I have always found them to be comfortable immediately out of the box. I wear a 7.5 and for me, the 38 is just too big. When I walk, it feels sloppy. I have a medium to wide-ish foot and the toe box has adequate room for me/the widest part of my foot, but the shoe is just too long. I normally wear a 38 in Pikolinos - I wish they were more consistent in their sizing. also the gladiator style should fit the foot - this again felt sloppy to me, but may be because of the fact it is simply too big. The color (oak bark) is a nice neutral tone that would go with a number of summer outfits. Shoe has the lovely Pikolinos touches - foot bed is comfortable.

This is my first pair of Pikolinos, but definitely will not my last! I also have issues with bunions, and this shoe fit me beautifully and put no pressure at all on the bunions. I wore these shopping today and walked for several hours - they were wonderfully comfortable and I got several compliments on them, as well. I am a true size 8, and the 38 was perfect for me. I absolutley love everything about these shoes.

These are gorgeous! Ultimate in comfort; wore them on a city walking tour right out of the box. Nary a problem. Loads of compliments and great quality sandal. The strap pattern provides such a good, comfortable support pattern for a sandal.

These were an adorable shoe, but I had to return them because they ran a tad small and was too tight for my ankles. It would work better for someone with thin ankles. Too bad! They were pretty cool.

Love this sandal and the neutral color. I have not had the opportunity to wear out yet, but I tried them on and they look and feel great. Looking forward to wearing when it's warmer. I have another pair of red pikolinos from last season. They are a similar style. I received many compliments and they are very comfortable.

I bought these in chocolate last year - I am the consummate bargain hunter and almost never ever spend retail, but these are worth every single non-sale priced penny! They are stylish and best of all, they are comfortable and much to my delight, the chocolate color goes with most of my summer skirts and dresses! We just returned from Boca and I walked everywhere in these shoes with not a blister or irritation and received compliments from the snooty sales team at a high end dress boutique. If you spend this much on a sandal, this is it!

Best pair of shoes I've bought in a long time. Really comfortable to walk and stand in for long periods of time. Good arch support. The leather is very high quality and soft. I'm very happy with this purchase!

So comfortable. So light and the perfect traveling heel. I bought for Italy so I can still look fabulous and it's so great. It's not too tall and gives just the right height. Would totally recommend it!
