We purchased these PF Flyers for our son to start school. He loves them. Sandlot is his favorite movie and calls them his Benny shoes. He really can run faster and jump higher!

Bought these for my 8 year-old son who plays little league and is a huge fan of the "Sandlot" movie. He is thrilled! I cannot say much about the fit as he needs a wide shoe and they are very difficult to find so we buy a size larger. But it does seem to have arch support.

My son picked out these shoes on Zappos.com for his 7th birthday! One of his favorite movies is The Sandlot and his favorite character in the movie wears PF Flyers! While searching for new shoes he saw these and had to have them! The best thing about it, they were on our doorstep the next day! He LOVES them and I love Zappos! Now I need a pair for my 4 yr. old son.

Great shoe - My son loves these shoes...they are a fun and different look and not expensive compared to other sneaker choices. These are a particularly good choice for boys that want to have multiple shoes for "different" looks with their sweatpants! I think they are a little small and/or narrow, so I would suggest ordering up a bit.

The exterior of shoe holds up much better than Converse All Stars but interior materials wore out after a month, mainly at heel.

This brand is excellent quality, and really looks great. The bad news it that they don't fit well. My 7 yr old son wanted these so bad he was willing to put up with squeezed toes and blisters, but it not for long. They run very narrow and the support built into the heel is quite rigid. Zappos was great about replacing the sizes, but still, he can't wear them and it was a waste of money.
