Overall:

I have looked everywhere for these PF Flyers. I had four compliments the very first time I wore them. I have problems with my heel, so Converse were out of the question, they are like walking on concrete slabs. I did have to order one size larger than the stated size for women, but Zappos service is so great, I don't mind having to send something back. I have never dealt with a company that is so customer oriented. What a pleasant shopping experience!

I just bought the white pair with the purple bottom on them. I have to say that they are slick and comfortable. It's a great choice if you're trying to stick out at a event or gathering because you can wear them casual or you can wear them with your street attire and still look good. (The sizes in this style runs exact.)

A very comfortable and durable pair of shoes. They have a nice, wide fit and very good support. The only problem with the leather premiums is that the shoe tongue tends to shift around a bit with the shoes laces ending up on the top of the in-step. I do not seem to have this problem with the canvas Sandlot PF Flyers. I found that wearing a size 10.5 is equal to wearing a size 9 in Converse All Stars. I wear these shoes all the time and I highly recommend them.

So long, Converse: I'll never be buying you again. And thank goodness for that because, admit it people, you know they're not that comfortable, plus they're owned by Nike (gross). These PF Flyers (now owned by New Balance) are amazingly padded for a canvas shoe. They look cool & seem wider than Converse too, which allows those of us without Jack Skellington feet some room in there. I'm a women's size between 9 and 9 1/2. I got 9 1/2 & they fit perfectly. These archival reissues are where it's at! Comfy and cool, what more do you want?

Love these. They are a sturdy, comfy replacement for Chucks. The sole even keeps my feet dry walking home when it\'s wet out, no water leaks! There\'s a little bit of sock-related heel squeaking, but that\'s pretty typical. I will totally buy these again.

I got the dark grey/orange colorway and I\'m very happy with the shoe. I have yet to notice any problems with it. Something I should mention is that the picture on zappos is slightly misleading. The leather part of the upper is not quite that dark and is much closer to the shade of the back and tongue. Also, the strap is very thin and flimsy (but not of low quality or anything)...I expected it to be thicker. Finally,It looks a bit moronic with anything less than slim-straight jeans. Baggy jeans just will not work, so If slim/skinny pants aren\'t your style, neither is this shoe.\r\n\r\nThis shoe gets many compliments and is also very uncommon. It is both bold, but low profile at the same time. The top of the sides are thin, so you won\'t feel too hot while wearing it.

These seem like great shoes. I'm on my feet, walking, for 11 hours when I'm at work. I've bought multiple pairs of Chucks and the sides always blow out. So far these have lasted longer and they feel like a more substantial shoe. I hate that PF's and Chucks are both pretty expensive; they're just canvas shoes, but if you're going to spend the money, I'd go with these.

Really comfortable shoe. I first bought it because of the Sandlot, but it lives up to its name. It's well worth the money and it's a nice conversation starter. Really good buy.

I love these shoes! They fit great! I even have wide feet and I still think they fit great as well as I still ordered the same size I always wear. They are really cute on. I would order them again.

Good quality shoes. They look great and feel great. However, you should buy a half sizer bigger than usual, and don't play basketball with them.

A great shoe! You wont be sorry that you have bought it! The style is top notch and the suede is fantastic and soft. These shoes are so durable that after two and a half years of use, no holes have appeared. The only bad thing about the shoes is that they are completely flat. I can't remember if they came with an arch support, but I never used it if it did. It's not much of an issue if you are just using these to walk around town. Great style, comfort and durability.

Very comfortable shoe. I would recommend getting a 1/2 size larger. I wear the shoe with jeans or shorts and do not advise training or playing sports. I love the color of the shoe and it looks so great with jeans.

Don't buy these shoes. I bought them for my daughter who is usually not terribly hard on her shoes. These shoes fell apart after thirty days of wear. First it was just the labels that came off. Then the sole separated from the the cloth portion of the shoe. That's a lot of money straight down the drain!

Shoe is cute but flimsy. For the price it is not worth it. The shoe is not well-made and the support is non-existent. Maybe if it were on sale for 20 bucks I would buy it.

My 21 year old son has worn Converse high tops from the time he was 12 years old until he tried these at 16. Now he refuses to wear anything else. I thought he was being ridiculous when he refused to wear the Converse Chucks I got him, I mean after all they look a lot alike. Till I put a pair on and what a difference. The Converse were very uncomfortable compared to these. My son works on his feet and I now understand why he likes these so much. We are on our 3rd pair of the PF Flyers Center Hi Re-Issue Sandlot/Canvas shoes. He wears them till they are falling apart. PF Flyers are very hard to find nowadays. Please don't stop making them. They are great!

Love these shoes. So comfortable right out of the box. My first wear was an all-day tailgate Saturday; on my feet all day in comfort. No blisters. I've had them about 1 month and they've worked out great.

These shoes are more comfortable and stylish than most of the low profile shoes i\'ve tried out. They felt true to size and width as well. I recommend this shoe for anyone looking for a Converse alternative with a little more arch support and style.

I was really surprised by this shoe. I don't really care for the Converse look, but these look great in person. Even better than the photo. I got the all black ones and they're real slick. And they're way more comfortable than I imagined. Something I totally didn't expect. The insoles are amazing, and the sole is real nice. Plus, the insoles are removable, and I love that. Overall, a great looking casual shoe that's comfortable enough to wear all day and supportive enough to handle lots of walking and "on your feet" time. A definite recommendation.

If you are looking for shoes that are comfortable and unique, go with the PF Flyers. they are better than converse by far. Converse are more accessible and therefore common. PF Flyers are for the ones who know better. they have more thoughtful details and really are more comfortable. these are awesome shoes! Better still, Zappos not only gave me free shipping, but upgraded it and I got the shoes the very next day. Zappos is the only place I will shop for shoes, period. There is no sense even trying to go into a store as you cannot find a selection like this anywhere. Free shipping and the next day your order is at your door?! unheard of! but it is true!
