 |  |  | Zappos is the best sales company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a purse yesterday and it was at my door today. Even our department stores cannot compete with you. The purse is Lucky Brand and it is everything I expected. I was hesitant about the color but it is perfect. I can depend on Zappos for handling quality products. I have read many e-mails about this purse and finally decided to purchase it. I am so glad I did. Zappos is so organized they should be running our government...
