I was looking for a specific handbag, I mean my whole family was looking for this handbag, my brother in CA. My daughter in NYC and me in AZ.\r\nI had 2 of the bags promised to me at 2 different retails, they fell through, out of stock, not the right coler, bla bla bla. I needed this handbag for my brother to give his wife as a gift, We were down to the wire, when I found Zappos on-line.\r\nZappos customer service not only got me the bag on time they overnigted it so it would be in my sister-in-laws hands for her birthday. I have never run across since excellent customer service. The employees were as anxious for us to get the handbag in time as I was. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
