This was a beautiful bag that arrived very promptly. I was so disappointed when five days after I started using it the zipper pocket on the outside had a tear in the lining and all of my stuff started disappearing into the deep darkness of the bottom of the bag. A Perlina bag should wear better than this, don't you think? Zappos made good and sent my a return label right away so I could buy another bag. This was so upsetting as I had thrown away my other favorite bag and was so excited to have a new one.
Brands I'd also recommend: I don't recommend this product at all.

My daughter bought this bag for me for Christmas and I love it. I've used no other bag since then. No problem with zippers or anything else. I particularly like the special place for my cell phone.

I was hoping to love this purse but didn't realize the size of it. It is far too large for a person of my size. 5'95lbs. Loved the leather and the style but it has to go back because of the size.
