Cute, sturdy (seems durable), strong Velcro. Does not make my son's feet smelly like other shoes do. The sole is flexible, which is appropriate for his age (16 months). The sole seems narrow compared to the shoe itself! So it fits him well, however he is less stable when wearing these than when he is wearing other shoes, for example, his See Kai Run sandals. Not good if you are just learning to walk. Will probably be OK as he gets more stable.

Got these for my son recently and they are really cute! I ordered two sizes (a 5 and a 6) because I wasn't sure which would fit. They seemed pretty true to size and I went with the larger pair because the smaller ones fit perfectly but I knew would soon be too small. He spent the next hour running around and telling me how "fast" and "handsome" they were!

I was pleased by the durability and style, but the velcro strap that go across tongue of the shoe comes off very easily. My son (17 months) points this out to me when the strap comes off. His shoe falls off quite often as a result and it's not worth it after all. It's too bad, because the quality is good and soles of the shoes keep him from slipping and are otherwise very nice.

Brands I'd also recommend: Next time I will probably get Stride Rite shoes.

Great shoe. Easy to put on and off. I was surprised when I read a previous review stating that the shoes kept opening up because the velcro was not strong. I thought the opposite. My son had a hard time opening the shoe vs his other velcro shoes. I showed him that he had to pull extra hard with these ones since the velcro was harder. So go figure. Oh, and there is velcro on two sides, but the shoes are wide enough so that my son only has to open the first velcro tab to put the shoe on. It is true to size and I would recommend this shoe.

High quality shoes that are going to last a long time. The velcro is very strong and durable. They're the first shoes my 3 1/2 has correctly put on all by himself. Will buy more pediped in the future. Order larger size and use the insert for longer wearing.

Fantastic shoe for several reasons: Great fit...looks small compared to other shoes, but turns out it's because it just isn't as bulky. Very easy to get on and off...important with a wiggly 20 month old. My son loves these shoes and can't wait to put them on and go out the door. Only downside...he's much faster in these shoes than his last pair, so he is harder to catch.

My five year old loves this shoe (size 28). It is rather wide, but so soft and flexible and he refuses to wear anything else. I told him that he'd be outgrowing them soon and he'd need a new pair and he flipped out. He likes that he can get them on and off without even undoing them. I suppose I wish they were a little tighter on the foot so that he had to actually undo them to get them off/on, but if doctors recommend them, I suppose that's what I have to go on.

Pedipeds are the only shoes I use for my kids! This particular shoe is wonderful. I have gotten it in the Flex and Go and Grow versions. Both are great. Easy to put on and clean. Highly recommended!

Worth every penny! These shoes are comfortable, flexible and not too heavy. I have also had success with their sandals.
