This is the most comfortable out of the box biking shoe I have ever put on. I just returned a pair of the Specialized Tri Vent (from local bike shop) because they bruised my feet. I am a lighter guy (132) but have not felt any noticeable flex to the sole and I own another pair of carbon soled shoes. Great comfort, easy in and out. I am very happy with these.
